At home delivered ticket package:

As we all know first impression is very important. Bungalow Ball is obsessed with attention to detail and this begins with the interaction the guest has once purchasing a ticket. Bungalow Ball is going to deliver the guest their tickets to their house in a branded package. The ticket itself will be a fashionable wrist band. We are looking for a company to help us either cover cost of these packages, or create the packages themselves. In return the thank you card that is delivered with the package will read Bungalow Ball & ‘Your company’s name here’ are pleased to present you… Also depending on the wristband chosen there may be the opportunity to cross brand the wristband as well.

Bungalow Ball will pull guests from all over the Greater Atlanta area as well as from states beyond. In order to ensure the safety of our guests as well as avoid the headaches associated with shared transportation on NYE we will be arranging for various shuttle routes throughout the city. We are looking for a sponsor to either cover this cost or provide the transportation. In return all email, social media post, etc. communicating this safe ride option will read

“Shuttle system provided by “your company name here”.

This is a great opportunity for a company to give back to it’s consumers and provide them with safety, which is truly a gift they will appreciate. If this is provided by a non-transportation sponsor we will be sure to work together to find and execute this with a fully licensed, insured and highly recommended company.

Bungalow Ball will send out approximately 500 hard invitations to Atlanta residents within certain income, net worth, age and proximity parameters. These invitations are one of the many grassroots marketing tools that Bungalow Ball will implement to reach the desired demographic. This is a unique opportunity for a sponsor to directly target the affluent demographic surrounding their business in the Atlanta Market. The ways in which we can incorporate your company into the invitation are plentiful.

Gift Bag:

Bungalow Ball will hand pass our guest a bottle of water, a Cigar and matches while leaving the event. The company willing to cover this cost will have the ability to wrap all the giveaways with their company branding.

This is a creative opportunity for a company to deliver a takeaway to the guest of the event while avoiding passing out promotional material at the event. The company that is willing to cover the cost of coat check will be able to make a “ticket” with your company information as well as a perforated number system. At the end of the night the company information will stay in the coat it was assigned to.

Fedora Shop:

To match the theme of French Riviera we are seeking a company to come in and create a Fedora shop. In return the company will have the ability
to sell these Fedora’s at a highly discounted rate to the guests of the event.

Before Midnight we think it would be a great effect if a of Fedoras were given out and everyone is encouraged to throw their Fedora in the air at the stroke of midnight.

Bungalow Ball is unique in the emphasis they put towards converting the venue into a majestic space to fit the theme of each years event. This year there will be an expansive upfit to create a chic & lively atmosphere akin to the Parisian cityscape and the Mediterranean shores! The company that chooses to sponsorthis year’s decor can have a hands on approach to helping with the design or they can stay hands off and just help cover the cost. The company will be recognized prior to the event through social media channels as well as night of from the main stage.

Bungalow Ball will be partnering with a restaurant or catering company with delicious food that can fit within the theme of the event. If the company is willing to cover the cost of the food and service they will have the opportunity to brand the napkins, plates, etc. in which the food is served. They can also have
the servers wear the company uniform (as long as it’s formal) and we will mention catering by “your company here’’ through all social media channels.

Bungalow Ball will have all bases of Photography/videography elements cover at the event. Bringing aboard a media sponsor will allow that sponsor to have watermark placement and media rights given before, during and after the event. A fitting company for this would be one that aligns with modern luxury and within the social scene of Atlanta.

The Casino Room “Monaco” will have a variety of gaming tables
where patrons can cash in and play for chips. The chips can then be cashed in for various prizes. The cash that is generated in the Casino will go to benefit the charity partner of Bungalow Ball. We are seeking a sponsor that would like to help cover the cost to set up and operate the casino in order to raise more money for the charity. The donation will be tax deductible, the company will have unique branding opportunities at the casino and around the event as well as table service for up to 15 company guests.

All casino chips exchanged at the casino can only be redeemed for prizes, not cash. The money from the casino goes to support our nonprofit partner therefore we are looking to our sponsors to donate the prizes for the casino.
